At Rodarte, we strive for perfection in every piece; however, if you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, you may return or exchange eligible items within 14 days of delivery. Please ensure all garments are in their original condition, unworn and with all designer tags attached.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare the Package
Securely pack your items in the original shipping box and include the printed return authorization form provided by the portal.
Affix Shipping Label
Download and print the pre-paid UPS shipping label, attach it to the outside of your package, and ensure any previous shipping labels are covered.
Ship and Track
Drop off your package at any authorized UPS location and keep your tracking receipt; your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days of receipt.
